Cancer is Scary

Volume 1. Cancer Guide

Chapter 1. Cancer 1

Cancer Explained

Cancer is a poison that overpowers the immune system.

Cancer is the uncontrolled growth of toxic cells in the body.  The average individual has a toxic or mutated cell dividing six times a day.  The immune system recognizes this, kills it and we never know.

When the immune system is weak, these dividing cells get a foothold to the point that the immune system cannot control them.

They can live anywhere in the flesh of the body or live in an organ.  When they live in an organ, it’s dangerous because we have vital organs.  When they die, we die.

Cancer cells feed off sugar so don’t eat sugar.

Cancer can’t survive in an alkaline environment so mix baking soda/ sodium bicarbonate and drink it with juice.

Cancer gets strength by whatever makes you weak like junk foods, chemicals in your food, in your environment, wifi, tobacco, alcohol, air pollution, stress at work, toxic people, not enough sleep, lack of self-respect, etc.

If you can make your immune system strong through healthy living, you can prevent and beat cancer.

Cancer: A Personal View

You can read dry cancer study abstracts and ideas about fighting cancer but nothing quite brings it home as when you, somebody you know or someone expresses it from the point-of-view as the way they live it.

Dick Bloch wrote a Letter to All Newly Diagnosed Cancer Patients where he talks about being diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in 1978.  He conquered it and thrived until 2004 when he died of heart failure:

blochcancer.org/resources/letter

It’s largely a mental-spiritual fight.

Most cancer doctors succumb to the routine.  They do the tests, make the diagnosis then do the conventional chemo and radiation therapies.  Their office is always full so they run their patients through and callously tell them it’s stage 4-terminal then walk out of the room.

Get a second opinion.

Regardless of what anyone says, fight your cancer yourself.  There are easily hundreds of ideas including the big one, cut out all sugar and simple carbohydrates immediately.  This could save your life.

Next, sweat everyday.  Go for a brisk walk outdoors and get some sun.

Visit  PDQ/ Physician Data Query to get cancer info:

cancer.gov/cancer topics/alphalist/a-d

If you’re not rich and can’t afford an alternative cancer clinic, treat yourself.

This book is easily the best cancer book ever created.  Everything is in this book.

A doctor’s pessimism when he says you’re terminal could lead to learned helplessness and a self-fulfilling prophecy.  You give up.

Join a support group.

Do relaxation and visual imagery.

Get my holistic medicine book.

Call the Cancer Hot Line (800) 433-0464 to talk to a cancer survivor.

Talk to cancer survivors through skype, etc.

Exercise, relax and fight cancer.

Say prayers.

Enjoy each day.

Eat properly.

Cancer takes full vigilance and action to cure.

Your mental attitude to fight is very important.

If you try, you have a chance.

It means work not just listening to what the doctor and every other asshole you’re surrounded by says.  They’re idiots.  I’ve seen nurses take cancer patients out for ice cream treats.  They’re so stupid that they don’t understand that cancer thrives on sugar.  Stop sugar and the cancer will die.

You must, on your own, make the commitment to fight.  Don’t just accept chemotherapy and wither away.

Fighting means a complete change.  Read that free Hulda Clark book then get rid of as many chemicals as possible in your house.

Acquire knowledge by reading this book and possibly buy my other medical books.

Find out what kind of cancer you have:

type
stage

Read some stuff at cancer.gov.

If you have questions, call the Cancer Hot Line at 800-433-0464 or email hotline@blochcancer.org.

Try anything that might help you.

Don’t get depressed.  Fight.

Know exactly what type of cancer you have.

Know about these treatments:

Surgery

Chemotherapy

Radiation

Immunization

Hypothermia

Cancer Guide 1

Cancer is a group of more than 200 diseases each of which, though different, attack some of the body's cells.  Healthy cells that make up the body's tissues grow, divide and replace themselves in an orderly way to keep the body in good repair but toxic cancerous cells destroy the body.

Cancer refers to all malignant tumors caused by the abnormal growth of a body cell or a group of cells.

In men, cancer is usually found in the intestines, the prostate and the lungs.

In women, it occurs mostly in the breast tissues, uterus, gallbladder and thyroid.

The American Cancer Society has prescribed seven signs or danger signals in general which may indicate the presence of cancer.

These are:

a sore that does not heal;

change in bowel or bladder habits; unusual bleeding or discharge;

thickening or lump in breast or elsewhere; indigestion or difficulty in swallowing; obvious change in a wart or a mole

a persistent and nagging cough or hoarseness.

Other symptoms may include:

unexplained loss of weight

a change in skin colour

changes in the menstrual periods, especially bleeding between periods.

The prime cause of cancer is not known but I think its toxins from processed foods and industrial chemicals which people don't sweat out.  They sit on their asses watching TV.

Cancer- causing substances, known as carcinogens, increase the chances of getting the disease like:

tobacco

alcohol

industrial pollutants such as asbestos, nickel, tar, soot and high doses of X-rays animal protein, particularly meat, in the diet; ammonia, the carcinogenic by-product of meat digestion.

Cancer is a loss of control of cellular division. Cancerous cells don't divide under the direction of healthy genes.  They divide in an out-of-control manner.  They invade tissues and spread to other parts of your body.

Excessive exposure to certain drugs (recreational and prescription), electromagnetic radiation, harmful chemicals in highly processed foods are just a few of countless potential causes of malignant cellular division.

The excessive secretion or exposure to some types of hormones can cause cancer.  All factors that affect the production and secretion of hormones in your body could contribute to cancer.

When enough malignant cells cluster together in a lump, they can interfere with vital functions.  As they grow, they cause more damage.  Malignant tumors crowd out healthy cells and destroy vital organs.

Cancer is an all-purpose toxin caused by such things as genetics, bad eating habits, obesity, booze, recreational drugs, medical drugs, tobacco, radiation, STD s, too much sunlight because of its radiation, stress, sick building syndrome, polluted water, hormone therapies, irradiated foods, processed foods, mercury toxicity from dental fillings, a poor diet, environmental pollutants and toxic viruses.

When the prostate gland is acting abnormally, a simple blood test can be used to examine acid phosphate, an enzyme found primarily in the prostate gland, however, a rectal exam is the most accurate test for prostate cancer.

The free radical theory of cancer asserts that some cells in the body mutate for a variety of reasons ranging from genetics to pollution to smoking to poor diet and these mutated cells start eating off the other cells.

They could overtake enough of the healthy cells to damage you or could be defeated by the body depending on what you do.

Cancerous cells love sugar and polyunsaturated fats which helps them thrive but hate oxygen which you get by breathing hard through exercise so the solution is to clean yourself out regularly via exercise and a good diet low in sugary and fatty foods.

Cancer is not an automatic death sentence.  Some cure rates are:

Bowel cancer, stomach pain, 50%.

Breast cancer, lumps in the breast, nearly 100% after mastectomy.

Cervical cancer, vaginal bleeding, nearly 100%.

Lung cancer, heavy coughing, shortness of breath, 6%.

Prostate cancer, difficulty passing urine, 80%.

Skin cancer, skin ulcers that don't heal, nearly 100%.

Once you find out you have cancer, you'll probably be pretty scared.  You have to educate yourself.  Talk to your doctor openly but he doesn't have all the answers.  Go to the library and get a few books so you know what you're dealing with.

A macrobiotic diet is simply high grainy, vegetable diet.  Beware of people touting cancer cures.  If there was one, you'd think the major organizations would know about it and make it commonplace in no time at all.

Cancer Guide 2

Many patients get chemotherapy, radiation and surgery, are diagnosed as cancer-free then it comes back.  This is called regression.

Conditions in the body allowed cancer to grow out of control.

My personal belief that I have never seen anyone talk about except for the guy at rense.com from pureairexperts.com who talked about the fact that people don’t sweat anymore.  His solution was an infrared sauna.  My solution is the physical activity I do all the time.  I get rid of the toxins in my body by sweating all the time and drinking at least three liters of liquid a day.  When you piss, you’re getting rid of toxins.

All that cancer is is tumors that build up from the toxins in your body.

Expel those toxins and you won’t get cancer.

What causes cancer at the cellular level?

Why does a healthy cell become cancerous?

There are two main ideas:

kill cancer cells

make cancer cells normal and healthy

A big part of it is a weak immune system.

The immune system’s job is to get rid of toxins.

You need a strong immune system.  Do all the right things to be strong like:

eat healthy foods

do physical activity

go outdoors to get sunshine and fresh air

minimize stress

rest

sleep well

be happy

enjoy life

get sexual pleasure

don’t drink alcohol

The approach of orthodox medicine is to severely damage the immune system with chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.

Orthodox cancer treatments kill many healthy cells and can damage the lymph system, etc.

You cannot cut cancer out. It’s part of the whole system.  Create a strong immune system.

The root cause of cancer is a weak immune system.

Everyone has cancer cells in their body.  Cancer is almost always caused by this sequence of events:

microbes and parasites get into organs

microbes generally come from not adequately cooked meat and other sources.

microbes take in glucose and sugar to build up and thrive

these microbes excrete as waste stuff called mycotoxins which are highly acidic

healthy cells in the organs don't get the sugar and food they need, the microbes get it and grow to be tumors

the healthy cells in the organ become weak

it’s a fight in a particular organ, the toxic microbe vs. the healthy cells

because one or more organs are weak, the immune system becomes weak

the microbes weaken the immune system

the immune system is weak

it cannot kill enough cancer cells

the cancer cells grow out of control

Other things can cause cancer like these things:

a vaccination can weaken the immune system due to mercury and toxins.

a build-up of feces of colon walls, Fire in the Belly by Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby

microbes in the bloodstream

The major ways to cure cancer are:

target and kill the cancer cells without killing too many healthy cells

kill the microbes inside the cancer cells so that the cancer cells become normal cells

kill the microbes that are weakening the immune system

cancertutor.com/what_causes_cancer

Once there is one cancer cell, it divides and creates new cancer cells.  They divide and create new cancer cells.

A normal healthy cell originally becomes cancerous bcause of toxic build-up in a weak body with a weak immune system.

Alcohol weakens you.

Sugar feeds cancer.

In a cell, molecules called ATP (adenosine triphosphate) provide energy.

ATP molecules are created in the mitochondria inside of every human cell.

Cancer cells have low ATP energy.

The process of creating ATP molecules is as follows:

Glucose gets in of the cell from the bloodstream

Some glucose is converted into pyruvate

Pyruvate gets in the mitochondria

Once in the mitochondria, pyruvate starts two chemical reactions:

the Citric Acid Cycle or Krebs Cycle

then the Electron Transport Chain

These two cycles create most of the ATP molecules in the cell.

Cancer cells consume fifteen times more glucose than a normal cell but they create a very small number of ATP molecules.

Cancer cells have to revert to fermentation to create ATP molecules.

A pleomorphic bacteria inside the cancer cells blocks ATP production, probably Helicobacter Pylori  (H. pylori) and fusobacterium.

An acidic diet can make this bacteria flee the blood and drill itself inside of a normal cell to get away from acidity in the blood (Robert O. Young, Ph.D.).

Asbestos and carcinogens weaken the membrane wall making it easier for microbes and parasites to get in.

Bacteria block the production of ATP molecules thus turning a cell cancerous.

The Persecution and Trial of Gaston Naessens discusess sixteen phases of the cancer microbe.

Microbes and parasites floating around the body get into healthy cells and destroy their ATP production abilities thus making them cancerous.

A strong immune system and strong cell membranes (walls) prevent this.

Possible Signs of Cancer

sudden overwhelming fatigue all the time

sudden shortness of breath in just walking

lingering pain

severe persistent difficulty swallowing

swelling, bumps or lumps on the body, get a biopsy

constant indigestion, can’t keep food down

loss of appetite

white patches inside the mouth

The Randomness of Cancer

I heard a guy on the radio talking about the randomness of cancer.  His wife was a health nut.  She had stage 4 cancer and survived.  His little brother got a cancer that was usually curable but died.

The only certainty of cancer is that aging causes it.

Everybody's cells break down.  Some mutate.  The mutated ones which could be cancerous multiply.  The randomness is that your body either stops the multiplication of cancerous cells or it doesn't.

Toxins, cigarettes, obesity, alcohol and all that other stuff all contribute to bad health but according to this man on the radio, they don't cause cancer.  It's the normal mutation of aging cells that causes it.  If one mutates to cancer and multiplies quickly, that causes cancer.

Cancer One-Liners

There is plenty of evidence in the scientific literature that shows that electromagnetic fields can be a significant cause of cancer.

X-rays, mammograms and other forms of ionizing radiation are capable of causing cancer.

Oral contraceptives (combinations of estrogen and progestin used to prevent ovulation) increase a woman's risk of developing breast and liver cancer.

Mormons who shun coffee, tea and alcohol have significantly lower rates of cancer than other people.

Exercise lowers cancer sixfold.  Obesity is related to cancer.

There are five major groups of cancer-fighting compounds in fruits and vegetables: isothiocyanates, indols, cumines, phenols and flavones.

many prescription drugs are poison

cleaning, bathing or hygiene cleans off dirt and chemicals

fasting starves cancer cells as long as it doesn’t weaken you, drink vegetable juice

ibe by the Law of Nature you feel within yourself

Try Self-Healing

Fresh air is good

ventilate your house

let sunlight into your house

don’t smoke

don’t drink alcohol

The most powerful cancer-fighting vegetables belong to the cruciferous family, the most common of which are:

Broccoli

Cabbage

Brussels sprouts

Mustard greens

Kale

Cauliflower.

Getting minor sicknesses like a cold is good because when your immune system is fighting off the cold germs, it's also killing the random cancerous cells in your body.

Women should get pap tests for cervical/ uterine cancer as they approach their thirties.

You should watch your smoking and alcohol usage.  Other than that, if you feel any persistent abnormalities in your everyday, normal well-being, you should get it checked out by a doctor.

The Japanese have low levels of cancer.  Some people attribute this to the soybean, either food or supplements (genistein derived from soy).

Dyeing your hair helps you get a cancer of the lymph tissues called lymphoma.

Green tea seems to help.

Eat blueberries.

Eat soy.

Minimize fat.

Eat tomatoes.

Eat fruits and vegetables.

Obesity is an established cause of both endometrial and post menopausal breast cancer.

Exercise.

Get 25 minutes of daily sun exposur. This will boost your natural production of Vitamin D.

Avoid exposure to household contaminants.

Have a pet to play with.

Breathe deeply to bring in oxygen.

Cultivate happiness.

The Carcinogenic Theory of Cancer

Basically cancer is a disease that seems to have asserted itself in the 20th century because people are living long enough for the carcinogens they absorb to reak havoc on their bodies whereas in earlier days when medical care was inferior, people just died younger of other things plus the fact that nobody knew what cancer was back then anyway.

A carcinogen is any substance, radionuclide or radiation that could possibly cause or aggravate cancer. It could be anything like microwaves in a microwave oven, barbecued foods, tobacco, radon, a variety of chemicals and aspartame.  Some drugs are carcinogenic.

There's a strong argument that the industrial, consumeristic society we live in has many carcinogens that contribute to cancer like microwaves, TV screens, ultraviolet radiation from a depleted ozone layer, pollution, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, radon, lead, tobacco smoke, chemicals in consumer products, the processed, chemically additive foods that we eat and the list goes on.

Cancer is basically a bunch of poisonous or carcinogenic cells that clump together at some parts of the body.  There's no one universal test to detect cancer but a routine blood test to look for carcinoembryonic antigen is used to look for colon, pancreatic, lung, breast and prostate cancer.

Look around your environment for carcinogens like microwaves, chemicals, toxic odors, mold, bacteria, etc.

Barbecuing/ grilling food in a barbecue with charcoal or cooking food over an open fire has some carcinogenic effect to it.

Lung cancer is generally caused by carcinogens in cigarette smoke and other pollutants in the air that we breathe in like lead, asbestos, radon, etc.

Benzene is a known human carcinogen.  The main indoor sources of this chemical are environmental tobacco smoke, stored fuels and paint supplies and automobile emissions in attached garages.

Hair colors are potentially carcinogenic so don't color your hair.

The radiation from machines like an x-ray machine and mammograms are carcinogenic.  Rather than take a routine mammogram, do a breast self-examination.

Tumors Are Cancer

Most cells in the body are healthy and grow to help us with regular functions.  Sometimes, however, normal cells lose their ability to limit and direct their growth.  They divide too rapidly and grow without any order.  Too much tissue is produced and tumors begin to form.  Tumors can be either benign or malignant.

Benign tumors are not cancerous.  They are isolated in one part of the body and do not spread to other parts.Benign tumors grow slowly.  If a person has multiple benign tumors, each tends to be distinct, growing on its own.  Because benign tumors are often so confined in the body, they are often called encapsulated.

Benign tumors are seldom a threat to life.  Often, benign tumors can be removed by surgery and they are not likely to return.  Benign tumors need to be monitored since they can later become malignant.

Cancer is also called malignancy.A cancerous tumor is sometimes called a malignant growth or tumor.  A cancerous tumor can spread throughout the body.

Malignant tumors are cancerous, often termed progressive because they continue to grow and spread.  They can invade and destroy nearby healthy tissues and organs.  Cancer cells can also spread or metastasize to other bodily tissues, the blood and the lymphatic system to form new tumors.

A primary tumor is one that arises where it was found.  A secondary or metastatic tumor is

One that arose from malignant cells that migrated

from elsewhere in the body.

Tumors are graded according to their severity which is defined as:

Growth rate.

Dissimilarity to normal cells.

Grade I or II tumors are either benign or mildly

malignant and grow slowly.

Grades III and IV are dangerous malignant tumors.

Tumors are given various names, depending

on where they originate in the body, whether they are benign or malignant and their pattern of

growth.  The most common types of tumors are:

Adenoma is a tumor that originates in a gland or organ.  It's usually benign but capable of causing various diseases when these tumors cause an  overproduction of certain hormones.

Brain tumors are usually malignant.

Carcinoma is a malignant tumor or cancer that originates on the outer skin, organs such as the liver and kidneys and bodily systems such as the digestive, reproductive, respiratory, urological and reproductive systems.  Some carcinomas are cancer of the breast, lungs, stomach, skin nd cervix.

A sarcoma is a malignant tumor or cancer in soft or connective tissues such as bone, muscles, blood vessels, the lymphatic system, the meninges (the membrane covering of the brain) and cartilage.  Small sarcomas can be cut out and the area treated with radiation therapy but large sarcomas in the limbs may require amputation.

Tumor markers are substances produced by cancer cells and sometimes normal cells.Screening and detection of different cancers search for these markers.

How to Detect Cancer Early

Get routine checkups.

Get diagnostic tests.

Get a periodic mammography and for men, a PSA for the prostate gland.

Get PAP smear tests

Get a colonoscopy and other tests.

Be health conscious.

Do not ignore any sign or symptom that seems drastic and painful.

Cancer can build up and you can feel fine until it hits you real hard all of a sudden like shortness of breath.

If there’s anything alarming, speak to your doctor immediately.

Notice abnormal signs affecting your body like:.

pain that lingers for a long time

Swallowing difficulty

enlarged lymph nodes or swelling over a part of the body

indigestion, either constipation or loose stools

sores in the mouth

fatigue

Go to a doctor.

Live healthy all the time anyway.

Lots of people die because they don’t get cancer treatment early.

Cancer Screening and Early Detection Websites

Cancer screening can help detect cancer at an early stage or even at a per-cancerous stage which makes it more likely to be cured.

However, screening tests usually involve radiation which is toxic.

Tests may reveal phantom cancers.  The doctors sees cancer when there is none.

Some doctors might be too quick to recommend cancer screening just to make money.

Prepare Your House or Living Area for a Cancer Patient or Any Sick Patient

Most people are brainwashed by the massive conventional cancer industry.  I have my own beef with them because I had friends and family who had cancer.  I tried to talk sense to them from all the knowledge I knew about cancer and they dismissed me.  A prophet can’t be a prophet in their home town.

People give into magical thinking, thinking that these doctors and big machines and all those busy people at the hospital will help them but they’re a bunch of brainwashed clones too.

The big lie is that cancer is some mysterious disease that afflicts some unlucky people.  It might have contributors called carcinogens but getting it is mostly a matter of bad luck.

The truth is that lifestyle causes all cancers.

Wake up like I did when I read Hulda Clark’s 669 page free ebook.

It’s about all those poisons you’re surrounded by everywhere and all that poison you eat and breathe in all the time:

Hulda Clark, free PDF online The Cure for all Cancers, huldaclark.com/The-Cure-For-All-Cancers.pdf

Keep your house and living area very clean but don’t use chemical cleaners.

Use antibacterial wipes.

Vacuum the house using a vacuum with a HEPA filter (High Efficiency Particle Arrestor).

Wash your hands before any contact with the patient.

Encourage the patient to wash constantly.

Eat natural, unprocessed foods.

Open the windows.

Get fresh air.

Get sunshine.

Wash hands with Hibiclens, a surgical scrub available at the drug store.

If you have a weak immune system, people should stay away.

If you have a weak immune system, avoid soil as in don’t garden.  Soil is a source of bacteria and mold.

Remove plants and flowers because they tend to shed mold.

Flowers harbor infectious bacteria and suck water out of the air.

If the caregiver has a cold or flu, wear a mask.

Wash fruits and vegetables of pesticides, etc.

Fruits are a risk for mold and should be inspected carefully.

Mold can be dangerous to the weak patient.

All mold in the house should be removed.  Keep the house dry.

An air filter cleans the air.

Pets should be bathed frequently.

Pet litter should be changed frequently but not by the chemotherapy patient.

Pet reptiles are carriers of salmonella bacteria.

Raw eggs and raw cookie dough are not good for weak patients.

All chicken, fish and meat must be cooked well.

Wear clean clothes.

Keep the house clean.
